We hope you love your JUNIE piece. If you change your mind, eligible items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of unwanted items to JUNIE. Original delivery charges and return postage costs are non-refundable, except where required by law. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels until they are received by us.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed in accordance with our returns policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

MADE FOR YOU & PERSONALISED PIECES

Certain JUNIE pieces may be made specifically to your individual specifications or personalised at your request.

Where an item has been made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, it cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
