Made to Order & Returns

JUNIE is a made-to-order brand. Each piece is produced after your order is placed, allowing us to create thoughtfully and reduce excess stock. Please review the size guide and the production timeframe shown on the product page before purchasing.

For bespoke pieces made to your individual measurements or clearly personalised requirements, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. We offer exchanges only, subject to availability and whether an exchange is possible for your bespoke piece. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss an exchange.

 You may notify us of cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order and return it within the following 14 days.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights where an item is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.

Complimentary shipping applies to items you choose to keep. If you return an unwanted item, the original delivery cost incurred by JUNIE, together with the cost of the return label, will be deducted from your refund, where permitted by law.
